HCR Law advises Ethos Partners LLP on its partnership with Labyrinth Laboratories

HCR Law had advised Ethos Partners on its strategic partnership with Labyrinth Laboratories Holding Limited, one of the UK’s leading dental laboratory groups.

Ethos is supporting the three founders, Michael Coldicott (CEO), Kuldip Bhandal (Sales Director) and Jeffrey Rabone (Lead Technician), who continue in their roles through its next phase of growth.

HCR Law’s corporate team was led by Corporate Partners, Richard Wilkey and Lara Bethell with support from the firm’s corporate team, Parmjit Bhogal, Christopher Sharp-Paul, Lena Arranch and Corporate Healthcare Partner, Rebecca Leask.

Headquartered in Birmingham, Labyrinth is the fourth largest full-service dental laboratory in the UK, serving more than 2,000 dentists nationwide across the NHS and private sectors. The business has developed a strong reputation for quality, service and innovation, supported by its digitally enabled manufacturing platform and adoption of technologies including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM and 3D printing.

Ethos will collaborate with the founding team to add capital and expertise to accelerate the roll-out of Labyrinth Dental’s scanner proposition to customers.
