Joint Head of our Middle East hub, Raj Pahuja qualified in New York (2000) and England (2002) and has significant experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”) countries, having lived and worked in both the UAE and Bahrain for over 12 years where he worked for Al Tamimi & Company and Expo 2020 Dubai respectively. Raj has a broad client base which include distributors, manufacturers, consultancy services providers, sports management companies, athletes, private equity investors and owners.
Raj is also a key member of the firm’s Sports Law, Technology, and Media and Entertainment teams.
Joint Head Richard Morgan, has decades of experience of working across the defence, security and forces sector and has successfully undertaken countless high-value commercial disputes valued at up to US$90 million and £150 million, for a range of corporate clients including multi-national aerospace manufacturers, IT distributors, and producers in automotive, energy and defence sectors. He has been retained in numerous crossborder and multi-jurisdiction disputes, and has worked partly in Dubai since 2022.
