Jenna Ostrowski Joins HCR Law’s Corporate Team as Partner in Birmingham Office

Jenna Ostrowski, a merger and acquisition specialist, has joined HCR Law’s Corporate team as Partner.

Based in the firm’s Birmingham office in the Colmore Business District, Jenna brings a wealth of expertise to further strengthen HCR’s corporate law capabilities, supporting clients across the West Midlands and nationally.

Jenna joins a corporate team that is regularly recognised as one of the leading practices in the UK. Most recently, HCR was ranked first across the UK by Experian for total volume of mergers and acquisitions.

With experience at global law firms and almost a decade spent with one of the Big Four accountancy firms, where she was Head of Deals for the Midlands. Jenna has particular specialism in the industrial sector, harnessing the manufacturing strengths of the Midlands.
