Property Professionals
Introducing a client to another property professional requires a relationship built on trust. Trust that your client will be properly advised and supported throughout the transaction. At HCR we value each and every introduction and appreciate the confidence you place in us to manage your client’s transaction.

Conveyancing is so much more than just the paperwork, the work involves developing long-standing relationships with clients and their families as they move and build their futures. I take a ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ approach, treating clients individually to suit their needs and removing the legal jargon so that they understand the process.
Focused support for your clients
We take your trust and deliver, guaranteeing a same day quote and responding promptly to other enquiries and emails. Proactively managing the transaction, we keep both you and the client regularly updated and drive the transaction over the line as efficiently as possible.
We’re known for delivering a high quality, personal service. Avoiding volume work, we instead focus on a conveyancer-led approach, managing our team’s workload to ensure that they have capacity to provide a great service to clients.
Experienced and professional
We advise clients on both the purchase and sale of residential properties. We also support with all associated matters including remortgaging, transfers of equity, releasing equity and sales of probate properties.
Each client is looked after by an experienced conveyancer and is given direct mobile phone access rather than the call centre style approach taken by some firms.
We are also on the panel for most lenders including Paragon, Landbay and Precise.
