Understanding and expertise during estate administration leads to testimonial

The administration of an estate can be difficult at the best of times – particularly so if it’s a parent that’s died. That’s why a client turned to Nia Griffiths for guidance, expertise and understanding when his mother died.

Nia kept her client and his brother, who were both executors, updated regularly and actioned their requests promptly. This included interim distributions, legacy distribution and reimbursement of expenses.

Advice was also given with regards to capital gains tax implications on the sale of the property and corresponded with their accountants.

Following this, the client said: “Nia was assigned to our case part way through the process of administering my late mother’s estate. Nia was extremely helpful and kept us updated on a virtually daily basis on progress. We were sincerely grateful for her thorough and highly professional approach where customer service and communication was of paramount importance. Thank you Nia.”
