“You made it easy and understandable”: pre-nuptial assistance for client

Roopa Ahluwalia, family law partner in our Cambridge office, and paralegal Ella Blake, recently assisted a client with a pre-nuptial agreement prior to his upcoming marriage.

Roopa was able to ensure that the agreement was drafted accurately for the client’s needs, while liaising with the client’s partner’s solicitors to achieve a result which best protected her client’s position.

She and Ella received the following thanks from their client: “I just want to say a very warm thank you for all the support and work during this time. You both made it easy and understandable, it’s an uneasy job to think about separation when we are excited about getting married.”
