HCR Law has advised Amcomri Group plc (AIM: AMCO) on its acquisition of North West Transport Supplies Limited (“NTS”).

NTS, based near Preston in Lancashire, is a strategic supplier dedicated to servicing the railway industry, having been involved with railway overhaul activities for more than 25 years.

NTS offers a wide range of industry-specific repairs and overhauls, including OEM overhauls and consumables, and is a specialist in the repair and overhaul of electro-mechanical and pneumatic equipment, as well as heating and ventilation and braking/propulsion repairs and servicing.
